Meet The Training Team

Gina Colelli, LCSW is an EMDRIA approved consultant and trainer. She has been integrating EMDR into a wide variety of cases since 1993. Gina’s video, EMDR Refresher and Advanced Specialty workshop reviews the eight phases of EMDR and the use EMDR with special situations and populations.

Gina has extensive experience working with adults who were abused and neglected as children. Gina was the EMDR NYC HAP coordinator after 9/11 and continued in that capacity heading up a NYC team of clinicians until 2015.

She maintains a private practice in Manhattan.


Zoe  A. Landers, LCSW: A certified EMDR clinician and consultant-in-training, she maintains a private practice specializing in the treatment of posttraumatic stress, dissociation and eating disorders. Prior to developing a trauma-informed social work position at the Center for Brachial Plexus and Traumatic Nerve Injury at the Hospital for Special Surgery, Zoe worked with survivors of violent crimes at St. Luke’s-Roosevelt Hospital, Safe Horizons, and the Jewish Board of Family and Children Services. Zoe is a Certified Sensorimotor Psychotherapy clinician and completed post-graduate, clinical training in the treatment of eating disorders and psychological trauma through the Institute of Contemporary Psychotherapy. Recently Zoe served as the co-director, in addition to her faculty, guest lecturer, supervisor and other leadership roles, at the Trauma Studies Center of ICP. Zoe received her MSW degree from NYU and her Bachelors degree from Dartmouth College. 

Nancy Payne, PhD, LCSW is a trauma-trained clinician with 20 years of experience. She maintains a private practice in the Lincoln Center area and works with complex and diverse clients. After seven years as a research social worker in psychiatric setting, Nancy completed the ICP Trauma Studies Program and in 2014 a PhD in social work from NYU, where she pursued research on the impact of trauma on pregnancy with inner-city teen mothers. Nancy has published on mood disorders and complex trauma in vulnerable groups. She supervises and teaches at ICP and is an adjunct lecturer at NYU. She is a consultant in training in EMDR and iscertified in Jungian Sand Tray Therapy. Nancy incorporates Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, hypnosis, Internal Family Systems, energy healing (EFT), meditation, and imagery to assist her clients in connecting to their resilience and tapping into their own resources for healing.

Raymond Rodriguez, LCSW is a Latino Clinical Social Worker with over twenty years of experience in working with community-based programs. He received his Social Work degree from Columbia University School of Social Work. He is a family therapist with clinical interests in the areas of immigration, diversity, LGBTQ empowerment, spirituality, and working with marginalized communities. In the last decade he has become a trauma specialist assisting clients with complex psychological trauma and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. He is certified in Sensorimotor Psychotherapy and in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). He has extensive training and practice in family systems therapy and psychodynamic psychotherapy. He served as a counselor faculty at Hostos Community College of the City University of New York. He is also an Adjunct Lecturer at Columbia University School of Social Work and Smith College School of Social Work. He also teaches at the Integrative Trauma Studies Program of the National Institute for Psychotherapy and the Sensorimotor Psychotherapy Institute. He formerly served on the Boards of the National Association of Puertorrican and Hispanic Social Workers and the No More Fear Foundation.  He lives in the Bronx with his partner and son.

Susan Sullivan, NP is a Psychiatric/Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with 28 years  experience in clinical private practice. Susan worked for 10 yrs at Huntington Hospital  on the oncology unit as their Psychiatric NP. She also has extensive clinical experience  in perinatal psychiatry. Her first job as a critical care RN at Nassau County Medical  Center in the surgical trauma unit many years prior to becoming a Psych NP, set her on  track to become a Psychotherapist specializing in trauma.  

Susan is a graduate of SUNY Stony Brook with a Masters of Science Degree in  Nursing, with a Nurse Practitioner certification in psychiatry. Susan has taught  psychiatric, maternal child, and med/surg nursing to undergraduate and graduate  nursing students in several different universities on LI.  

Susan is a certified EMDR therapist and EMDR consultant. She has been the Co Coordinator of the LI TRN since its inception in 2010 until January 2016. She is now the  Clinical Training Consultant for the LI TRN and is also a member of EMDRIA and  Trauma RecoveryNetwork/HAP.  

To extend her professional skills Susan has become a certified Yoga teacher with Yoga  Alliance,RYT 200, with a specialty in yoga for trauma treatment. She is also Reiki Level  2 certified practitioner.
