Here are some requirements and some tips to manage the technology piece.

You must have a video and audio enabled device. Your camera will need to be on for the entire training.

We want to see you! Set yourself up with light in front of you. Facing a window can be nice for both you and also good lighting. If you have a window or light behind you your image will be darker/shadowy for the rest of us.

You must have stable Internet connection. Please make sure that your technology is appropriate to the training. You will need to be on a computer with internet connectivity-not phone or tablet unless your tablet has full access to the technology. We strongly recommend direct connection through an ethernet cable to maintain a steady connection. Plan ahead. If you have a newer device you will also need to purchase an ethernet/USB adaptor.

We want to be able to hear you too! Headphones with a microphone are recommended. Practice your audio with friends using zoom. Anyone can create a free account.
